A DRY WHITE SEASON

the book i read was A DRY WHITE SEASON by bill Brink. it is about a white schoolteacher in johanesburg. has lived life secure in the belief that the government of south africa is fair and benevolent, but when his black friend dies he chnages his mind. "nothing will happen be." (pg14) this is the ay before his friend got killed, be had meet him up to give him paper's that hw wrote that he want him to write a book on. he says in the book that he felt really bad that he told him nothing will happen but after just one day he died.
